Get in touch

The fastest way to reach us is by email. Whether it's a bug, a question, a feature idea, or an account request, send it our way and we will get back to you.

[email protected]

We usually reply within one or two business days. To help us sort it out faster, let us know what iPhone you're on and, if it's a bug, what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps a lot.

Frequently asked questions

How do the AI coaches work?

Brock and Luna are AI coaches, not people. They text you about your habits, help you set them up, and remember what matters to you. Your messages are used to generate their replies. You're always in control of how much they see: there is a sharing switch for your account and one on every habit, and the coach only sees a habit when both are on. For the full details, see our Privacy Policy and AI and safety page.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your habits, logs, notes, and coach conversations are yours. We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad trackers, and your data is protected so that no other user can access it. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and the providers that help us run the app.

What can my friends see?

Only what you share. A friend sees your name, username and profile picture, the wins you choose to post, your reactions, and who else you are friends with. They can also visit your house: you choose Only me, Friends or Everyone in Settings, under Privacy, and new accounts start at Friends. A visitor sees your rooms and the things in them, never your habits or progress. Friends never see your habit list, your logs, your notes or your coach chats. Friendships are mutual, nothing is posted publicly, and there are no followers or comments.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the post or the person's profile and use the report or block option. Blocking is immediate: they can no longer see your posts and you no longer see theirs. Reports are read by a person on our team. If you would rather write to us, or if you think we got a decision wrong, email [email protected] with the subject line "Appeal" and we will look again. Our Community Guidelines set out what is and is not allowed.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app, go to Profile, tap the gear to open Settings, tap your name at the top to open Account, and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, habits, logs, notes, photos, posts, coach conversations, coach memory and everything else tied to your account. If you have Pro, cancel it with Apple first: deleting your account does not stop Apple's billing. If you'd prefer we handle it, or you can't reach the in-app option, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

HabitHouse Pro is billed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What's in Free and Pro?

See What is free and what is Pro on our Questions page, or the Plans page in the app.

What happens when my trial ends?

The 7-day free trial is an App Store trial on the yearly plan. When it ends, your Pro subscription starts and Apple charges you for the year, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. If your notifications are on, HabitHouse reminds you two days before. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the trial ends, then your account moves to the Free plan and nothing you made goes away: every habit stays active, your rooms, props, Journal and friends stay, and your coach keeps texting, with a daily limit on replies.

The app isn't working right. What should I do?

First, make sure you're on the latest version and try restarting the app. If it's still misbehaving, email us at [email protected] with your iPhone model and a quick description, and we'll dig in.

Is there an Android version?

Not right now. HabitHouse is built for iPhone.

I have a feature request.

We'd love to hear it. Email [email protected]. We read every one.
